Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and executing strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Mr. Atul Kumar- Independent Director (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Atul Kumar, aged 53 years, is a seasoned professional with a strong academic and professional background in commerce and corporate governance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) and is a distinguished member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holding a valid membership number. His academic foundation, coupled with his professional qualifications, underscores his deep understanding of financial, regulatory, and governance-related matters.

Mr. Atul Kumar has developed extensive expertise in corporate law, compliance, finance, and business administration. As an Independent Director, he meets the criteria prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"). He is a person of high integrity and possesses the qualifications, experience, and independence necessary to contribute meaningfully to the Board’s deliberations.

Ms. Meenakshi Aggarwal- Independent Director (Non-Executive Director)

Ms. Meenakshi Aggarwal, aged 49 years, is an accomplished professional with a strong academic foundation in commerce and significant industry experience, particularly in the logistics sector. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com.), which provides her with a solid grounding in business, finance, and accounting principles. Over the course of her career, she has garnered valuable experience related to the logistics industry, developing an in-depth understanding of supply chain operations, distribution strategies, and industry-specific regulatory frameworks. She meets the criteria of independence as prescribed under Section 149(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 16(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Her presence on the Board is expected to enhance its diversity and strengthen its ability to oversee strategic and operational matters, particularly those related to logistics, supply chain management, and business transformation.

Mr. Khemraj – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Khemraj, aged 36 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) and having great experience of progressive financial leadership in the logistics and supply chain industry. Proven track record of optimizing financial performance, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation initiatives. Adept at financial planning & analysis, risk management, cost control, and regulatory compliance in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Possesses a deep understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, transportation economics, and international trade finance. Strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style that drives sustainable growth and operational excellence.
